Alcohol. Alcoholic beverages may increase the risk of Astelin side effects.
Barbiturates increase the risk of drowsiness when used together with Azelastine
Cimetidine may increase Astelin blood levels. This may result in increased risk of Astelin side effects.
Do not combine Astelin with other antihistamines and narcotic agents(opioids).
